Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a refund, you must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. Refund requests without a valid video will not be accepted.
Refunds are applicable only for eligible returns that meet all conditions and are approved after inspection.
Once the returned item is received and verified, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
